Ashok
Kumar
Sanjeev Ashok Kumar is a student at Williams College studying computer science and data analytics. He has a strong interest in using software methods and statistical techniques to generate meaningful insights and promote social change. On campus, he works as a strategist for the Alhambra Consulting Group—a student-run consulting firm—and as an Advising Fellow for Matriculate, a nonprofit working towards educational equity.
Noel
Johnson
Noel Johnson is an experienced advisor and developer focused on complex real estate projects throughout the Pacific NW. Noel’s experience includes substantial office, retail and housing (2,000+ units created) spanning $1b+ of investment across 20+ projects; some ground-up, mixed use and some existing, adaptive reuse in nature. Noel’s educational background includes graduate degrees from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and Portland State University’s real estate program; his undergraduate degree is from Williams College.
Olamide
Adeyeri
Olamide Adeyeri is a student at Williams College, studying development economics and environmental policy. Between growing up in the urban centers of Lagos & Boston and attending college in the rural setting of Williamstown, he has lived under a range of housing policies. Using his background in economic analysis and quantitative reasoning, he hopes to illuminate the trends in Portland’s housing market.
